These Terms govern access to the CKP Script marketing website operated for research companies and business clients. Use of the CKP Script product is governed by a separate customer agreement.

Intellectual property

Site content, product names, design, and demonstration UI previews are owned by CKP Script or its licensors. Screenshots are illustrative and confidential product IP. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or republish demonstration interfaces without written permission.

Partner names and logos

Partner and integration names (including PureSpectrum, Cint, Make Opinion, Tremendous, Tango, and Virtual Incentives) are trademarks of their respective owners. Appearance on this site is for identification only. Notify those companies before publicly using their logos.

No public panel recruitment

This website is not an invitation to join a consumer panel. CKP Script is software for research companies. Respondent-facing previews illustrate product capability only.
